The walk is a 4km return loop walk and will take about 1 hour. Dependent on how quick a walker you are, and how long you stop to admire and experience the beautiful views, beaches and headlands!

Please arrive by 9:45am for a 10:00am start at Apex Park in Mona Vale. Address is Seabeach Avenue, Mona Vale 2103. Look out for our Anna’s Walk banner!

There is plenty of meter parking at Apex Park by Mona Vale Surf Club (free if have Northern Beaches permit). Otherwise there is free parking on the surrounding roads.

The walk does involve up and down sections as you go over the headlands. These are all well-established paths and steps. It also includes some sand walking along these amazing beaches.

Yes! There are water bubblers at various stages along the route. There will be yummy morning tea enroute at Warriewood Park, and we will have BBQ and drinks back at Apex Park at the end of the walk.

Yes, there are public toilets at the start and end of the walk in Apex Park. There are also toilets as we pass by Warriewood Beach.

The walk is a return loop. So we will finish back at Apex Park where you left your car.

We are very sorry, but dogs are prohibited on multiple sections of the walking route, so please if you could leave your dog at home.

The walk will go ahead in all weather conditions. However, if the weather is looking bad please check the BEAT Bladder Cancer Facebook page for any updates.
