The walk is pram and wheelchair friendly, an easy 3.5km, and will take around 45–60 minutes.

Starting from Bicentennial Park, enjoy a relaxed walk along the riverside path following the Peel River north to Tamworth Community College, before returning along the same path back to the park.

Please arrive by 9:45am for a 10am start on the grassed area of Bicentennial Park.

Parking available in car parks on White Street, Gipps Street and Kable Avenue.

The walk is an easy flat walk beside the river along established footpaths.

Please bring your own water bottles for the walk.
Lite refreshments will be provided at the end of the walk, so please stay and mingle.

Yes, there are public toilets located very close to the meeting point by the car park at the start and end of the walk.

The walk is a loop route so you will finish at the start point near the carpark.

Yes definitely. You can bring your dog on the walk if it is kept on a lead.

The walk will go ahead in all weather conditions. However, if the weather is looking bad please check the BEAT Bladder Cancer Facebook page for any updates.
