The walk is a 5km return loop walk and will take about 1 hour. Dependent on how quick a walker you are, and how long you stop to experience the beautiful river location and admire the golf action!

Please arrive by 10:45am for a 11am start near the Upper Hutt Cricket Club. The address is Heretaunga, Upper Hutt 5018. Look out for our Anna’s Walk banner!

There is plenty of free parking.

The walk is an easy flat walk beside the river along established footpaths.

Please bring your own water bottles for the walk.

Hot drinks and biscuits will be provided at the end of the walk, so please stay and mingle!

Yes, there are public toilets located very close to the meeting point by the car park at the start and end of the walk.

The walk is a loop route so you will finish at the start point near the carpark.

Yes definitely. You can bring your dog on the walk if it is kept on a lead.

The walk will go ahead in all weather conditions. However, if the weather is looking bad please check the BEAT Bladder Cancer Facebook page for any updates.
